I am an organizational consultant, trauma-informed career coach, and healing justice practitioner. I help organizations, businesses, and individuals create inclusive, person-centered workplaces and lives.
Organizations:
I specialize in consulting, training, curriculum development, & holistic workshops that center on the needs of BIPOC communities, especially Women of Color, First-Generation Immigrants/Graduates, Survivors of violence, Nonprofit leaders, & Educators.
Individuals:
I have helped people navigate: salary negotiations, interview preparations, processing & healing from workplace trauma/toxic workplaces/racist workplaces, career preparation for women of color & first-generation immigrants who are new to the workforce.
My specialty and passion is uplifting BIPOC, Asian and Pacific Islander, Queer, First-Generation, and femme/women folks throughout my work.
Hi! I’m Yoo-Jin.
My Values & Approach.
Equity at the Center- I believe that all social causes are connected and prioritize equity in diversity, equity, and inclusion as the core of my approach.
Healing Justice- I integrate trauma-informed care principles and mind-body medicine techniques in my planning, consulting, and facilitation.
People-Centered- I create intentional spaces for people to show up as their full selves. I practice people > agenda.
Interdependence- I deeply believe that my liberation is connected with yours. I utilize the power of peer learning & community to further equity work.
Accountability- I commit to acknowledging my mistakes, learning from them, and working to change behaviors that are harmful. I integrate a restorative justice approach within my work and strive to create spaces where people can make mistakes and be held accountable without being thrown away.
