Consulting & Offerings For The Whole Person.

hello! I’m Yoo-Jin!

I work at the intersection of leadership, organizational culture, and healing, helping people and organizations move from burnout and overextension toward clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact.

Some people come to me for strategy. Others come for astrology and ritual. Many end up wanting both. You don't have to know that yet… start wherever feels right!

You might be here if you are:

  • A leader, executive, or founder who wants to lead with clarity, integrity, and authenticity.

  • A high achiever who appears successful on the outside, but internally feels stretched thin, disconnected, or ready for a more sustainable way of leading.

  • A professional navigating complexity, pressure, or transition, while also carrying lived experience, identity, culture, or family context that shapes how you show up at work.

  • A person carrying significant emotional, relational, or cultural labor in their life, whether or not it is formally recognized.

  • One of the “onlys” in your team or organization (the only woman, the only queer person, the only first-gen professional, the only person of color, etc.) and feeling the weight of visibility, expectation, or isolation.

Two ways we might work together.

Whether you're leading a team or looking inward, both paths draw on the same foundation: equity-centered, trauma-informed, whole-person practice.

Meet Yoo-Jin:

I'm Yoo-Jin, an integrative leadership strategist, organizational development consultant, and astrologer with over a decade of experience across nonprofit, philanthropy, higher education, and public health.

My path started in community health and antiracism, moved through victim advocacy and violence prevention, and led me into organizational development and DEI leadership, most recently as Director of Organizational Development and Inclusion at the Council on Foundations, where I lead engagement, culture, and inclusion strategy for a national philanthropy-serving organization.

Alongside that work, I've spent years developing an astrology and healing justice practice, offering readings, facilitating events, and leading retreats grounded in the same belief that shapes my consulting work: that real change requires attention to the whole person, mind, body, culture, and spirit.

I hold these two arms of my work as connected, not separate. Whether I'm helping an organization build more sustainable culture or helping an individual understand their chart, the underlying question is the same: what does it look like to lead — and live — with more clarity, integrity, and alignment?

You deserve to be fully seen.

Leadership doesn’t have to feel depleting, disconnected, or disingenuous.

If you’re ready for leadership that is grounded, sustainable, and transformative, I’d love to explore working together.
