Leo season began this Monday…and can you feel it?🦁

In what ways do you cloud your own reflection with harshness? Choose a self-love role model and try on one of their habits this week. What do they do to honor themselves, and what could you try?
✨ Extend Gratitude-Think of someone who supported you this past week. Send them a message of appreciation. Bonus: find a way to include them in your next errand, walk, or self-care practice. Community care is Leo magic, too!
✨ Appreciate Out Loud- The next time someone’s art, words, presence, or energy moves you, let them know. Leave a comment, send a message, or offer a live compliment. Notice how things shift when you move from admiration to expression!
