Why Astrology?

I’m going to be real.

I came to astrology not as a trend, but as a tool for survival and healing. Back in 2016, I was working as a frontline domestic violence service provider in my county, answering hotline calls, providing case management toward life-saving resources, and attending forensic exams for sexual assault survivors.

Like so many in care and justice work, I was giving everything I had…until I had nothing left. Burnout felt inevitable, and I didn’t know how to step off the hamster wheel.

Learning my birth chart changed that. Astrology gave me a language for patterns I couldn’t yet name: my strengths, my challenges, and the ways I was overextending myself. It revealed not just the places I needed to grow, but also the gifts I had been overlooking. Most importantly, it helped me see my tendency to overgive until burnout, and offered me a roadmap for setting boundaries, aligning with my values, and caring for myself as fiercely as I cared for others.

That’s why I practice astrology today. It’s not just about prediction or personality… it’s about creating space for reflection, clarity, and healing, so you can move through the world more aligned and whole.

    We’ll anchor into 1–2 key themes (career, relationships, identity shifts, timing of a current season) and explore what’s most relevant right now, without overwhelming you with information.

    This is a spacious but efficient container that blends astrology with reflection and grounded guidance you can actually use.

    We’ll explore your Big Three (Sun, Moon, Rising), your core patterns, strengths, and growth edges, and how your chart reflects the way you move through the world, build relationships, and lead your life.

    This reading is both affirming and illuminating. You’ll leave with language for things you’ve felt but couldn’t quite name, along with grounded insight on how to work with your energy more intentionally.

    We’ll look at how your charts interact, where there is ease and alignment, where there may be friction or growth edges, and how to move through the connection with more awareness and intention.

    This is not about “compatibility” as a fixed outcome, but about understanding the unique chemistry, patterns, and potential within the relationship.
